Lakeshore Association is a not for profit with a goal to keep member dues
modest, yet we need 100% participation from all neighbors to maintain strong
financial health to ensure we have well maintained private beaches and boat
ramp each year. This recreational resource increases the value of our
neighborhood and makes it unique in Massachusetts. Membership is NOT
automatic. You must be current on dues to take advantage of our wonderful
resources. As always, please abide by posted beach regulations. The beaches
and boat ramp are for you to enjoy as a perk to living in the cove of Fort
Meadow Reservoir.
We do ask each household to pay a modest Association Dues amount per year.
The cost is kept modest yet we are hoping to get 100% participation this year to
maintain strong financial health. Our lake resource increases the value of our
properties and makes the neighborhood unique in Massachusetts.
